If you have previously made a complaint about how PPI was sold, and your complaint was rejected, you could now receive some money back if we took a high level of commission on your PPI policy but did not tell you this when you bought it.
You may make a complaint to us if the PPI covered repayments on a credit agreement with us which started before 6 April 2007 and was still active on or after 6 April 2008 or if you took out the agreement on or after 6 April 2007 (whether or not it was still open on or after 6 April 2008).
It is free and simple to complain yourself. You do not need to use a claims management company (CMC) to make your complaint. If you do want to use a CMC, be aware they will charge a fee for their services, and you should check they are properly authorised by the Claims Management Regulator at www.claimsregulation.gov.uk/search.aspx.

To help us with your enquiry please provide us with as much information as you can – for example:
full name (when PPI was purchased)
address (current and previous)
vehicle registration number
finance agreement number
date of birth
date PPI purchased
proof that your complaint about the PPI sale was rejected such as a letter from the seller referring you to us
If you do not complain before the deadline on 29 August 2019, your complaint will not be considered.
