A Long-Term Commitment to Performance.
Sportiness and joy are a fundamental pillar for BMW. A key part of this commitment is the collaboration with the tennis superstar Carlos Alcaraz, who's been with us since 2022 and is now extending his stay with the brand long-term. The Australian Open champion has been holding the world number one ranking since September 2025, after regaining the top spot with his US Open win - a remarkable achievement for the 22-year-old Spaniard, which he first achieved in 2022 as the youngest tennis player in history.

Alcaraz, already a seven-time Grand Slam champion, says:
"I'm thrilled to continue being part of the BMW family, whose values resonate deeply with mine. I'm grateful for the support I've received from BMW, even before my first Grand Slam win, and I'm looking forward to sharing many more successes together."
BMW's tennis involvement goes way back to 1987, when we first partnered with the BMW Open in Munich. This year marks the 38th year of that partnership, with the tournament now an ATP 500 event. We also sponsor the ATP Masters 1000 tournaments in Indian Wells and Rome, and the ATP 500 indoor tournament in Vienna.
