Programme Eligibility.
The BMW Chauffeur Programme is available to licensed private hire and chauffeur operators seeking vehicle solutions tailored to the demands of professional passenger transport. From independent businesses to established hotel fleet providers, the programme supports discerning chauffeurs who prioritise comfort, reliability, and a premium customer experience. As part of the ordering process for a BMW 7 or i7, evidence will be required that the vehicle will be used for professional passenger transportation. Drivers of taxis and minicabs are excluded from the programme.

- Seamless mobility support - A licenced BMW 7 Series replacement vehicle during warranty repairs. Where a replacement vehicle is unavailable, goodwill support towards licenced vehicle hire may be available, subject to BMW approval.

- BMW support – 3 years’ unlimited mileage BMW Warranty for your new car, including BMW Roadside Assistance and high voltage battery protection for up to 8 years / 100,000 miles from registration date, whichever comes first.

With BMW Service Inclusive, your scheduled servicing is already taken care of for 5 years from registration, with unlimited mileage for the all-electric BMW i7 or up to 63,000 miles, whichever comes first for the BMW 7 Plug-in Hybrid. When your BMW tells you a service is due, simply book with an authorised BMW Service Centre.
All maintenance is carried out by our wide network of authorised BMW Service Centres. Their trained BMW Technicians only use Genuine BMW Parts, most with a 2-year Warranty, which all helps with retaining the value of your BMW.

1 BMW 5 years' servicing is provided as a complimentary BMW Service Inclusive package for 5 years from registration with unlimited mileage for the all-electric BMW i7 or 63,000 miles, whichever comes first for the BMW 7 Plug-in Hybrid, and valid for servicing carried out by BMW Service Authorised Workshops and only when the vehicle indicates that a service is required. 2 Offer applies to new BMW i7 models sold to professional Chauffeur drivers ordered 01 July-31 December 2026 and registered by 31 March 2027. Subject to availability. No cash alternative. 7kW Universal Solo 3S Smart Pod Home Charger supplied with standard installation by Pod Point Ltd at no charge. Typically, 90% of customers are eligible for standard installation. Pod will charge for any additional work required. Installation can be arranged between customer and Pod. Home Charger must be installed in a domestic setting by 31 March 2027. Customers requesting a Tethered Home Charger must pay Pod the incremental cost above the standard offer. If a customer cancels their vehicle order between Home Charger installation and vehicle delivery, the customer will be charged the cost of the Home Charger and installation. A 5 year warranty is included, and covers the charger and installation, subject to Pod’s terms and conditions.
