This year’s BMW Golf Cup started in June. With 224 amateurs from across the UK invited to compete in four regional rounds, it became a summer of spectacularly determined play. The golfers competed in three categories: Men’s A (handicaps up to 12.4), Men’s B (12.5–28.4), and Women’s (up to 28.4).
These hopefuls battled it out on iconic courses including The Belfry in Sutton Coldfield, The Duke’s at St. Andrews, Carton House in Maynooth, and Hankley Common in Farnham. 36 competitors then went on to play at Gleneagles in the UK & Ireland National Final.
