    Talking to the BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant is completely natural. That’s why interacting with the assistant doesn’t need a button or a confirmation tone, simply say ‘Hey BMW” and then ask your question. Or perhaps you would like to give the assistant a different name? If so, say: ‘Hey BMW, change the activation word’.

    REQUIREMENTS FOR INTELLIGENT PERSONAL ASSISTANT.

    Technical requirement for using the BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant is the BMW Operating System 7 (or higher) with voice recognition and control as well as the optional BMW Live Cockpit Professional (6U3) or BMW Live Cockpit Plus (6U2) feature. To ensure that the range of functions of your BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant is current, the car software should be updated regularly.
