- No one knows your BMW better than BMW and our trained Technicians only use BMW Genuine Parts.
- You can view all relevant information at any time using your BMW ConnectedDrive account or through your BMW Preferred Service Partner
- This product is available for all BMW, BMWi, BMW M
SERVICE SCOPE
With BMW Service Inclusive, you are eligible for the following services during the agreed term and mileage combination***:

Inclusions for BEV Vehicles:
You are also eligible for the included services regardless of how often your vehicle needs servicing during the respective term and mileage. You are always eligible for services if the smart maintenance system, Condition Based Service (CBS), displays the need for servicing on your BMW display. When you reach the specified mileage or term*, you are no longer eligible for services included in Service Inclusive.***

* Whichever is reached first; the term (in months) and mileage (packs may show in kms as global product, mileage will be converted to miles). BMW Service Inclusive begins on your BMW's registration date and new car Service Inclusive must have been purchased by the first service (excluding M running-in service) so that the respective services are covered.
*** This example applies only to vehicles with petrol and diesel engines. There may be differences based on the model.

You are also eligible for the included services regardless of how often your vehicle needs servicing during the respective term and mileage. HOW IT WORKS
- Simply select the BMW Service Inclusive offer shown above for the specified term and mileage*. After you complete the ordering process, you will receive an e-mail with confirmation, a description of the booked Service Inclusive offer, and billing information.
- Please note that the booked Service Inclusive package is only activated once BMW has received the purchase price. You are eligible for the covered services following activation.
- Service package extensions are only available to purchase 21 days after the initial purchase date of a package being extended.
- You are always eligible for Service Inclusive services if the smart maintenance system, Condition Based Service (CBS), displays the need for servicing in your vehicle. Services can be carried out at any BMW Service Centre.
