If you have previously made an enquiry about how PPI was sold, and your enquiry was rejected, you could now receive some money back if we took a high level of commission on your PPI policy but did not tell you this when you bought it.
You may make an enquiry to us if the PPI covered repayments on a credit agreement with us which started before 6 April 2007 and was still active on or after 6 April 2008 or if you took out the agreement on or after 6 April 2007 (whether or not it was still open on or after 6 April 2008).
It is free and simple to enquire yourself. You do not need to use a claims management company (CMC) to make your enquiry. If you do want to use a CMC, be aware they will charge a fee for their services, and you should check they are properly authorised by the Claims Management Regulator here.
