The BMW i3 has everything to combat the challenges of modern mobility. It charges its high-voltage battery from 0-80% at a quick-charging DC station in just 39 minutes in order to achieve the daily use range of up to 124 miles. Its intelligent energy management makes it flexible and highly efficient, both in city traffic and on longer trips.

Powerful. Silent. Direct. Thanks to the fully-electric drivetrain BMW eDrive, the BMW i3 accelerates from 0 to 62mph in 7.3 seconds. The BMW i3s sprints even faster in just 6.9 seconds.


With a performance of 170hp and a torque of 250Nm, the electric engine of the BMW i3 provides emission-free driving pleasure for up to 124 miles*. The 2-cylinder petrol engine in the BMW i3 with Range Extender switches on when the battery charge is low on and can extend the range up to 205 miles.
