Safety and comfort in the BMW M2 Coupé.

When it comes to active and passive safety, there’s no room for compromise. With its wealth of technologies, the BMW M2 Coupé is equipped to deal with every challenge. At the same time, the M driver orientation enables lightning-quick reactions and an outstanding level of comfort. And BMW Service Inclusive packages, which are tailored to meet all your requirements, guarantee that your vehicle remains in tip-top condition at all times.

M driver orientation.

The ergonomic layout of the BMW M2 Coupé features an exclusive cockpit, with a driver orientation characteristic of all M cars. All controls are consistently designed with a focus on the driver, with intuitive and absolute control being a priority, enabling the shortest possible reaction times. The instrument display features exclusive M dials with M2 designation as part of the standard Full Black Panel display which can feature navigation directions, phonebook details and entertainment information.

Passive safety.

Every BMW comes with a package of intelligent safety features, so you’ll always know that you and your passengers are in safe hands. Highly robust, large-volume supporting structures and the intelligent use of specialized high-strength steel ensure maximum rigidity, while keeping the overall weight to a minimum.
The impact of a collision is channelled away from the passenger cell to other parts of the car body, such as the undercarriage, side frames, front bulkhead and roof, where it is absorbed by deformation zones at the front and rear. In the case of a side-on collision, occupants are protected by strengthened structures in the B-pillars and side skirts, highly rigid side impact protection in the doors, as well as a stable seat cross member.
Various pedestrian-protection features can be found at the front of the car. A shock absorber is built into the front area between the bumper and bumper cover, which reduces the chance of injuries. The bonnet is equipped with deformation elements, which absorb the force of impact, forming a crumple zone.

BMW Service Inclusive.

With BMW Service Inclusive, customers can choose a specific coverage period, without worrying about accumulating costs for regular service and maintenance work. These services, including Original BMW Parts, are all covered by BMW Service Inclusive. This option is available not only domestically, but also worldwide at all participating BMW repair shops and authorised BMW Service partners. And should the BMW be sold, the BMW Service Inclusive package is automatically passed on to the subsequent owner, increasing the resale value of the vehicle. Customers can select a BMW Service Inclusive package that suits their individual needs.
It covers regular services like oil changes with filtering and refills, servicing and changing microfilters, fuel filters, air filters and spark plugs, brake fluid changes, vehicle check-ups, and additional services in-keeping with BMW standards.
When customers select a BMW Service Inclusive Plus package, they also receive the following additional BMW Service Inclusive services: replacing the front and rear brake pads/discs, clutch (when needed) or windscreen wipers (when needed, in the scope of an oil change). BMW Service Inclusive is available with coverage periods of three to ten years or with mileage-based contracts of 24,000 to 124,000 miles.
