Request a statement of account / interest

We can provide you with either a statement of interest or a statement of your account.

The statement of interest provides a breakdown of all interest payments made within a specified period.

The statement of account provides a breakdown of all capital payments made within a specified period.

Request to change your payment date

We're happy to change your payment date for a maximum of 15 days either forwards or backwards for no extra charge. Please note this does not apply to BMW Contract Hire agreements.

Update contact details

If you move home or change your details during the course of your agreement, it's important that you notify us as soon as possible. You can either contact our Customer Services Team by phone or use the 'Submit a request' button below to send us your new details online.
