• More funds stay in your business because you can avoid an excessive initial outlay.
• Fixed regular payments mean you always know what you'll be paying, so it's easier to budget.
• Your regular payments don't incur VAT.
• The interest you pay is allowable against tax.
• Your BMW is classified as an asset on your balance sheet.
• A proportion of its value can be written down against profits.
• At the end of the agreement you have the flexibility to choose from three options - part exchange your BMW, keep it or return the car to us.

A step by step guide to getting the BMW you want for your business, and keeping your options open.

1. You decide on the BMW you want.
2. You choose the repayment period that's right for your business.
3. We agree a maximum annual mileage.
4. We provide a Guaranteed Minimum Future Value for your BMW, which becomes the optional final payment.
5. We agree a deposit and regular payment to suit your business budget.
6. At the end of the agreement your business has three options - part exchange the car, keep it or return the car to us.

When your finance agreement comes to an end, your business has a choice of three options:

Option 1 - part-exchange the car
Your business can part-exchange the BMW for another model at any authorised BMW UK Dealer. Any surplus value over and above the Guaranteed Minimum Future Value goes towards your business' next BMW as a deposit*.

Option 2 - keep it
Simply pay all the necessary payments under the agreement and the car belongs to the business.

Option 3 - return it to us
If it's not in the best interests of the business to hold on to the BMW, we'll be happy to take it back. Simply contact our Customer Services Team on 0870 505 0150 and they'll let you know how to return your car and conclude the agreement**.

*A new agreement will be subject to status.
** Charges in respect of excess mileage and excess wear and tear may be payable.
