BMW Service Inclusive for Approved Used Cars lasts for two years or up to a maximum of 120,000 miles (whichever occurs first) and covers all of your vehicle's servicing requirements.
Alternatively you can choose BMW Service Inclusive Plus, which in addition to servicing also covers maintenance items such as brake pads, brake discs and windscreen wipers.
An extensive network of BMW Service Authorised Workshops across the UK and Europe are always on hand should your vehicle require any work. You can rest assured that your BMW will be maintained to the highest standards, as all work is carried out by BMW trained technicians using Genuine BMW Parts.
Should you sell your BMW before the expiry of the package, the remaining benefits are fully transferable to the subsequent owner. Furthermore work carried out under Service Inclusive will be stamped by a BMW Service Authorised workshop. This can significantly enhance the resale value of your car.
1 BMW Service Inclusive for Approved Used Cars and BMW Service Inclusive Plus for Approved Used Cars (hereafter referred to as BMW AUC SI and BMW AUC SI Plus respectively) are only available when purchased with and at the same time as a BMW Approved Used Car (which has undergone the required checks and preparation, is under 5 years old and has covered no more than 70,000 miles), from an authorised BMW dealer or a BMW Service Authorised Workshop (hereinafter together referred to as "BMW Dealer").

a) BMW AUC SI covers the cost of parts, labour and fluids for the following scheduled service items: engine oil service, brake fluid, air filter, micro filter, fuel filter (diesel models only) and spark plugs. These items are covered for a period of 2 years from the date on which the Approved Used Car was first sold by the BMW Dealer (not the first registration date) or up to a maximum mileage of 120,000 miles (whichever occurs sooner).
b) BMW AUC SI Plus covers the cost of parts, labour and fluids for the following scheduled service items: engine oil service, brake fluid, air filter, micro filter, fuel filter (diesel models only) and spark plugs. It also covers the cost of the following maintenance items if required due to wear and tear: brake pads, brake discs, brake sensors, wiper blade rubbers and clutch. These items are covered for a period of 2 years from the date on which the Approved Used Car was first sold by the BMW Dealer (not the first registration date) or up to a maximum mileage of 120,000 miles (whichever occurs sooner).
3 Items not specifically mentioned above, including but not limited to tyres, fluid top ups between services and items requiring replacement or repair due to excessive wear and tear or misuse are not covered by BMW AUC SI or AUC SI Plus.
4 Work carried out under the BMW AUC SI or AUC SI Plus programs will be indicated by the vehicle's on-board computer and BMW guidelines. Work must be carried out in line with BMW service schedules and BMW repair instructions (copies of which are available on request) which may be updated or vary from time to time according to the manufacturer's instructions.
5 If vehicles have undergone any form of unapproved aftermarket tuning or performance enhancement, any right to request services or parts under BMW AUC SI and BMW AUC SI Plus ceases with immediate effect.
6 Servicing must be carried out at a BMW Service Authorised Workshop by BMW Approved Technicians as specified in the Owner's Manual.
7 BMW AUC SI and BMW AUC SI Plus are transferable to subsequent owners of the car but not transferable to another car.
8 The prices above are valid from 1st May 2009.
9 Costs paid for BMW AUC SI and BMW AUC SI Plus are non refundable.
