The BMW Golf Cup International started life in 1982 as a small British tournament for BMW owners. Now, just over 30 years on it has grown into a truly global event, attracting over 100,000 golfers from 50 countries worldwide.

It is now regarded as one of the largest and most renowned international tournaments for amateur golfers and forms an integral part of the BMW Golfsport programme.

Entry into the UK qualifying event is by invitation through BMW Dealerships and qualification from selected events through the BMW Golf Society.

The tournament consists of Regional Finals held at some of the finest UK venues and a National Final at the Turnberry Hotel. The winners at the National Final will go on to represent BMW UK at the World Final along with winners from other participating countries.
